The first part of this course looks at the truth behind your body language…
Body Language is often overlooked. Most people are aware that it can make a huge difference to how others perceive you, but it goes a lot further than this. Certain postures and poses can go as far as changing your chemistry and hormone levels which creates a physical change within you.
Most leaders and successful people have a higher amount of testosterone which provides confidence and a lower amount of cortisol which stops you from becoming stressed.
On this exciting and ground breaking course we teach how you can create these changes daily yourself and through postures, you can ‘trick’ your body to change your own hormone levels. Take a customer meeting as an example. In this situation it would be immensely helpful to have higher testosterone levels and lower cortisol levels. If you look at most people’s body language whilst waiting for a meeting, they are normally slumped with their hands crossed in a nervous position. We provide the techniques that can increase testosterone and lower cortisol. Bold and confident movements create physical changes in you! This has been scientifically tested and proven. Even if you do not feel confident in executing what is shown, we will teach you to do it anyway, fake it if you need to, the changes will still take place!
As well as teaching body language we also look to and train on ‘Matching and Mirroring’ which is all about gaining rapport with your customer. Most sales people believe WHAT they are saying are the most important element. Studies have shown communication is only 7% Words, 38% Tonality and a staggering 55% Physiology (posture, gesture and breathing) This is the same even when on the phone and we look at a number of techniques to help. From keyword repetition, repeating the keywords he/she mentions, matching the tone of voice, the speed of vocals, to being able to imagine their body language and adopting it.

The second part of this course covers our fun and interactive personality testing…
It will allow people to understand their own favoured representational system from Visual, Auditory, Kinaesthetic or Auditory Digital. This in turn helps to understand their customers and enables them to target the right prospects that suit their personality best, to generate optimum results.
The personality test will also allow your staff to assess their own selling style and adapt it to suit your customers both new and old. As well as understanding the concept of interpersonal style and why customers behave differently.
Increasing your staff’s knowledge on different types of personalities enables better relationships with colleagues and management and creates a positive and more productive work environment.
