Overview

Dave Manners is a qualified Sports Nutritionist with a passion for nutrition, well-being and fitness.  This course has transformed the lives of many people to be healthier and happier.

Since becoming an expert on nutrition and health, Dave hasn’t had a single day of being ill for over three years, absolutely no illnesses whatsoever!  This is from someone who, for the first 20 years of his working life, always suffered from colds and would continually contract sickness bugs that would lead to his absence from work at least four times per year.

We cannot truly improve our minds if we are not willing to look to change our bodies.  This actually refers to the ‘fuel’ that you are putting in it.

Most people with cars seem to look after them very well.  They keep them tidy, clean them regularly, service them annually, replace any parts that are worn and fill them up with the correct petrol.  They wouldn’t dream of putting diesel into an unleaded car and then hoping it would still work!  Yet when it comes to their bodies (which you only get one of and need for the rest of your lives) they seem to be willing to abuse it in a multitude of ways.

As well as covering what actual foods and drinks to consume and avoid, Dave goes beyond this and looks to the psychology behind why we do what we do and demonstrates how to break bad habits and set a new healthier course for life.

Dave Manners’ approach to nutrition is to look at what is going to best serve the body for the long term.  Prevent viruses and diseases and provide a happy, strong and long lasting life.

No fad diets or weird procedures, just good nutrition and a simple and easy to follow way of life.

As well as giving everyone the tools to live a healthier happier life, this course will motivate and inspire people to actually make the changes.

This nutrition course is interactive and Dave actively encourages interaction and challenges for the participants.  To create real lasting change he needs to be able to fully reach and involve everyone.

Course details

1/2 day, 10am start, 12:45pm finish or 2pm start - 4:45pm finish with breaks included

£1650 per course for a maximum of 12 people
